Don’t Be Complacent Uploading Certain information to Ai Chatbot Platforms

I have been participating in several AI/Commercial Real Estate programs and just learned something most of you may already know. Make sure you understand the terms of use of whatever Ai Chatbot program you are using, with the paid programs perhaps less problematic than the free ones. Some folks are downloading their leases for almost-instantly analyzing for lease or financial statements for Ai Chatbot review and summaries, but in some cases this information is now out of private domain and in some cases can even be sold to third-party vendors. Go ahead and correct me if I am confused, but just like uploading an inappropriate photo of your over-indulgence at a party, once it is digital and out of your hands who knows whom may see the content…
