I Officially Declare June 10, 2025, is the Bottom of the Office Market!!

Over my past 45 years of predicting where we are in the office market, and my published and printed newsletters sent out every other month will attest to how lucky and accurate I have been so far…well, I hereby declare June 10, 2025 as the official bottom of the office market…I am seeing more and more signs of major office leases being signed, a diminishing of major office sublease space coming on the market, and announcements of millions of square feet of Class A office projects which are now planned for demolition for construction of new residential housing. I am also reading more and more reports that office employees are finally coming back to the office and while not at pre-covid levels, at least an occupancy improvement that will only get better over time. I’m also seeing office building sales through foreclosure or deed-in-lieu at prices at rock-bottom prices…the future will be up, not down, and while it might take awhile to get out of these scary times those buyers and tenants taking advantage of the market today will be able to look back in just a few years and feel great about what they did! #OfficeBuildings; #OfficeMarket; #ReturntoOffice;, #SIOR
