Office Occupancy Up To 36% But Office Demand May Be Stalled. Will Free Massages Help?

Bisnow Jan. 23, 2022 reported national office occupancy rates, which had risen to 39% in November, 2022, is slowly back on the rise and now averages 36%.  However, the demand for office space has stalled and is at 58% of pre-pandemic levels.
