The Bay Area is Too Expensive But So What?

Oct 30, 2019 | Posted by Jeff Weil | Bay Area Housing, California Economics, Commercial Real Estate, Residential Real Estate |

What, haven’t you heard about the Bay Area’s outrageous cost of housing and California’s crazy high tax structure? Then again, if you were to move perhaps most of your employees would opt to remain in the Bay Area and then where would you be? Stripe, valued at $35 billion just announced the signing of 421,000 square feet of office space at South San Francisco’s Oyster Point.
