First, Anthropic just leased 480,000 square feet of Class A office space at 300 Howard Street in downtown San Francisco for a 13-year lease term. Next, Roblox leased 325,000 square feet at San Mateo’s Bay Meadows and will have a total of 1 million square feet of office space. Thirdly, Tiger Global Management just signed a $300 per annual square foot office lease for 4,000 sf on the 44^th floor of the Transamerica Pyramid Building, perhaps the highest rental rate in the Western United States. Take that, Texas and Florida!!
