San Francisco Office Update, Good and Not So Good

According to the SF Business Times, ’San Francisco Sees Significant Jump in Return-To-Office Study’, with a 38% year-over-year increase in visits to office buildings in San Francisco. San Francisco foot traffic downtown remains down 56% from 2019. Ok, that was the good news.  On August 13, 2023   the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services told is hundreds of San Francisco employees that it is too dangerous to come to the office.  And in the SF Business Times August 11, 2013, “Investors Down on S.F. Offices…Optimism reaches its lowest point since start of pandemic.’ Bottom line, we have a long way to go before anything gets back close to normal in San Francisco…
