A flurry of office building open houses and promotions

Not sure if this is a signal of a change in office market conditions or just a coincidence, but recently out here in the burbs of Contra Costa we have had a flurry of office building open houses and promotions. Breakfast open houses, luncheons, and we’ll see how long this trend continues. However, if prospects were beating down the doors, I’m not sure how many free lunches would be out there …
