Recent Santa Clara real estate convention updates
At the 27th Annual Convention and Expo of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, the Chief economist of the National Association of Realtors stated that during the past five years 350,000 jobs have been created in the San Francisco – Oakland metro area and another 200,000 jobs were created in the San Jose metro area. Home prices may continue to rise, in part because many construction workers have illegal immigrant status and are staying away from work, and many workers have gone to Texas and Florida.
