Jeffrey S. Weil, was nominated for two
prestigious awards in October 2006. Not to everyone's surprise, he won
both! One award was for the "Broker of the Year" that he achieved by being
an expert in his field of commercial sales and leasing. The second award
was for "Office Lease of the Year". He put together a deal with PG&E that
brought 600 jobs to Concord. It also gave PG&E a presence here that
will benefit the community and local business. He has specialized in the sale and
leasing of commercial properties since 1976, including exclusive tenant representation of
lease renewals, lease restructuring, office facilities relocation, laboratory and research
and development, e-commerce, office property sales and build-to-suits. One of 10
brokers in the United States to have earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member
(CCIM), the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and NACORE'S Master in
